A top mount multiport valve is a key component used in swimming pool sand filters (and sometimes DE filters), allowing you to control various filter functions from a single, central control point. It's called "top mount" because it is installed on top of the filter tank, as opposed to a side mount valve.
🔹 What a Top Mount Multiport Valve Does:It directs the flow of water through the filter system using a rotating handle with multiple settings, such as:
